Our goal is to encourage our participants to take charge of completing their daily activities and to lend a supporting hand when needed.

Meal Preparation

At Provident Home Care Plus, your meal preparation needs are in great hands as our talented team is trained on meal specificities tailored for you. Our team has great flexibility and Is able to work with you to create delicious meals as well as be of assistance during grocery runs , unloading your groceries, or just being by your side while you create something new. Let us know what your interests are, and we will assist in creating a suitable plan for you.

Community Participation

We can assist you in Social and Community Participation, and what that looks like is completely up to you! Our goal is to ensure that there is space for you to engage with your community and to expand your social engagements if you wish to. Feeling associated with the local area is vital to keep an emotional wellness.

At Provident we support our clients to access community recreational activities individually, within a group setting, or as center-based programs. We tailor each activity to your request and need. This can include joining a book club, family get-togethers, learning to use social media, social trips or developing new skills/hobbies such as singing, dancing, or painting. To achieve this safely we ensure our team have a valid Driver's license, police check, and valid qualifications. We can offer help for only a couple hours, or consistently. It's depended upon you."

Domestic Assistance

Where you feel most at home, is where you are most comfortable. We at Provident aim to make you feel comfortable in your surroundings by assisting you in household tasks. Our qualified support staff can help you with domestic tasks such as cleaning, bed-making, and meal preparations.

Support Coordination

We at Provident Home Care Plus are committed to ensure that your needs and goals are met to your satisfaction. Our support coordination team can assist you to get the most out of your NDIS plan and achieve your goals through building your ability to connect with your informal, community, and funded supports. Support coordination services can also empower you to live more independently through working with you to increase your capacity in maintaining relationships in your community and managing service delivery tasks using a mix of assistance with your support coordinator.

Respite Care Services

Caring for loved ones with special needs can be a challenging situation. We at Provident understand that this challenge can strain the personal relationships and self-growth of both caregivers and participants, which is why we offer temporary live-in respite services. This enables our participants to take charge of their choices, through the support of our qualified team members, while giving caregivers the peace of mind that their loved ones are receiving the best care.

Post Hospital Support

We at Provident offer short term as well as ongoing support and care after the hospital visit, if you require. This can include a sleep over or active night care , meal assistance, companionship, etc..

Transport

We believe that our participants should have access to tools that enable them to live their day-to-day lives, access to transportation should not a be limiting factor. At Provident we believe in providing accommodating transportation to assist in daily activities. Our caregivers are more than a drop-off and pick-up service. Our team is equipped with skilled drivers and appropriate and accommodating vehicles, to make your journey to and from your destination, as easy as it should be.
